Spanish Mackerel Destin Florida
Spanish Mackerel are an aggressive type of fish weighing in at around two to three pounds.
They travel in schools and hunt smaller fish together. It is not unusual to see a large school of Spanish mackerel pushing smaller schools of fish out of the water while hunting them. Spanish mackerel live largely in two populations, one off of the southeastern coast of America and one in the Gulf of Mexico near Destin, Florida.
